I am super happy with the windows I bought from Seemray for a remodel job. It is cool that they tilt open. Also, with a flick of the wrist and handle, they can also open sideways. The prices were affordable and they are so much more unique than standard vinyl double hung.
The windows are great! I'm building a new house myself. I'm shooting for as close to Passive House standards as I can afford. It is airtight (with conditioned fresh air intake) and well insulated. These windows seal 'completely', and with triple glazing, they definitely contribute to the performance of the house.
I've been working on the house for years (4,000 sq/ft), doing as much as I can myself. My central HVAC isn't hooked up yet, and I can make it through the summers with 2 AC window units, and the summer with about 2-3 space heaters that cycle normally and don't run all the time. Also, when there are big temperature fluctuations, and the weather drops about 20 degrees, the house will keep temp for days without anything running!
Ok, enough about the windows. These days I find it rare to get good customer service. I had an issue when it came time to get my close-wall inspection. The glass in my staircase landing needed to be tempered/laminated. Mine are laminated, and they required documentation that specified it. I emailed Seemray and they provided me with the documentation I needed right away.
Also, I had to remove the window sashes to install my window units during construction. I happened to lose one of the bushings that go with the upper hinge. I emailed Seemray and they shipped me a few extras (in case I lose one again).
I wish I built houses professionally, I'd definitely encourage people to choose these windows.

The products have lived up to or exceeded our expectations in every way. They are beautiful, incredibly solid and well-made, and function perfectly. Mr. Arnaut, the owner, was great to work with. He was attentive to every detail, and always responsive to our concerns. Now, a year later, he still responds immediately if we have a question. While these windows are easily 100 times better than any double-hung window, the Seemray's price is surprisingly reasonable. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Fantastic!

Just recently, we discovered that the handles and some plastic caps for hinges were lost during construction. Rosti quickly sent us replacement parts, and they arrived just in time for inspection.
We have installed three windows in our house in California, including a three-panel window with tilt and turn panels on the sides and a picture window in the middle.
